Hilton Istanbul Maslak

The hotel breakfast is superb, with the greatest variety of food - including nice Turkish dishes - and almost one hundred food options. I loved it, it is tops. The staff is very attentive; they pay attention to your needs. Very good Hotel catering for meetings - like the Conference I attended - served fantastic, delicious lunches prepared by the Hotel Chef. Line 2 Metro stop is within walking distance, and it is very convenient to ride to the older and must-see historic parts of Istanbul. Enjoy the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, which is full of attractions and food options.

Was spacious, just clean, comfortable the stuff at the front desk was very nice and understandable specially, the one who welcomed us at the first time when I registered I didn’t remember his name. He was very nice.

The variety and options on offer at breakfast was great. The staff were extremely attentive. The front desk arranged for an adapter for my laptop and phone then put it in my room and set everything up so when I got in I could just get going. They also organised to fix a button that was coming off my jacket and placed it in my room. Attention to detail was commendable. Nothing was too much trouble!

The hotel was incredibly immaculate, and had the most friendly staff. my family and I were welcomed like like family from home. Upon arrival, late afternoon, check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. We were delighted to have received a sweet, welcome gesture of sweet treats, fresh fruit and treats for our daughters. Sumru made sure that our stay was up to the highest standards. All of the staff at Hilton Maslak deserve the highest praise. The breakfast was full of variety, a combination of continental, and Turkish options. All the services of the hotel were fantastic, my daughters used the swimming pool a few times, and even though there are not many children around they were not made feel awkward. Cleaning of the rooms were immaculate and the staff was always on hand to help with any questions. The hotel itself is located in the in the European side of Istanbul, and is only 30 minutes away from Istanbul airport. Transport is incredibly cheap and as little as 280 lira, you can get a yellow taxi to the airport. We also used the Metro which is a two minutes walking distance from the hotel and it’s called Istanyu Ayagaza, it is super cheap to use the Metro to get to all the main sightseeing in Istanbul, such as the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Bosporus boat cruise, the old bazar, grand bazar and Egyptian bazar and it only cost you 9 Turkish lira per trip which is about 40p pennies. We spent five days in Istanbul and it was absolutely terrific due to the staff of Hilton maslak. We actually preferred that our hotel was in a quieter business area of Istanbul after a full day of sightseeing. We wanted to break out of the busy areas to rest and relax. We recommend this hotel to anyone don’t hesitate it’s ideal, even for families with children. My husband used the gym…He said it is absolutely great and was impressed. The checkout was smooth and reception was on hand in booking a cab back to the airport.

Everything was amazing. Staff were super friendly. They provided whatever I asked for. Special thanks to Mr Akin, who did his best during our stay. The room was super clean. The beds were comfy. The room service was great. The bathroom was super tidy. There is nothing negative about our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool, view, etc. The location is great. Taxi can be found easily. Also, during rush hours, you can use metro station, one of the best line l, M2, that you can reach all main sightseeing and malls. Thanks for everything. We enjoyed our stay very much.
